We had a very successful plains game hunt in central and northern Namibia(2006). This was a three generation hunt comprised of my Dad, my brother, my son and myself…our dream come true! We all used Ruger #1 single shot rifles and had a great time. The trophy quality was outstanding and we took 20 animals between 4 hunters. Shots were between 50 to 250 yards - most were around 60 to 150 yards.
